A flat pouch (or three-side-seal pouch) is a slim bag sealed on three sides with no gusset, so it lies flat rather than standing up. It's the lightest, most compact flexible packaging format — ideal for samples, sachets, single serves and letterbox-friendly mailing.

Coffee taster packs and subscription samples, spice blends and seasonings, tea, single-serve portions, and small dry goods. Because a filled pouch stays slim, many businesses use them to keep postal orders at low letter rates.

Selected flat pouches in our range include an optional zip closure for resealability. Without a zip, they're heat-sealed and torn open — the right choice for true single-serve portions where reclosing isn't needed.

You can order from a single carton online. In-stock pouches are dispatched next day (order before noon) from our Netherlands warehouse — delivery typically 2–5 working days across the EU. Custom printed flat pouches start from 2,000 units per design with a lead time of around 11–12 weeks.
