All of our quotations are free, and we will strive to provide you with an accurate quotation within 24 hours of your request.
Once you have agreed to the quotation and finalized your decisions on the materials for your custom printed packaging, we will need your artwork to proceed with production. If you are using a stock product size that is already used by The Bag Broker, you can find all the necessary templates and cutter guides on our website.
Your artwork should be placed on the appropriate template and should follow the guidelines provided on the cutter guides page. This will ensure that your artwork is properly formatted and will produce the best possible results when printed.
After reviewing your artwork to ensure it follows our guidelines, we will create a digital 1×1 proof for your review. If necessary, we can also provide a wet proof, which is a printed sample of the final product.
Before proceeding to production, we will carefully check all the details of the artwork to ensure accuracy. Once we have your signed digital proof, we can begin production.
To begin production on your custom printed packaging order, your account manager will request a 50% deposit. Once the deposit is paid, production will start.
We will keep you informed about the progress of your order and provide an estimated completion date for production. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about the timeline or any other aspect of your order.
Once production of your custom printed packaging is complete, we will conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards. Your account manager will contact you to confirm whether you require airfreight shipments.
Before the products arrive at our local warehouses, your account manager will provide you with the final invoice for your order. Upon arrival at the warehouse, we will arrange for local courier shipment to your door.
